Full-Time Chef de Partie

Due to the high demand for our delicious food, we are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie, to progress to a Sous Chef position.

The successful applicant must be able to take charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef and deal with the daily operations and procedures. A practical trial shift would be required for the right candidate.

We only use fresh and local ingredients at The Ele, not frozen or pre-made produce, therefore you must be able to cook rather than heat up food.

Punctuality, hygiene and customer satisfaction are our priorities.

Salary dependent on experience
