The winery is now run by the 3rd generation of the Botter family and expertly maintains old Italian wine making traditions whilst utilising modern techniques and equipment.

In the small area of Pinet within the Languedoc, they have grown the Picpoul grape for over 400 years. The grapes for Picpoul wine are handpicked, giving a light wine with hints of peaches and apricot.

From a family vineyard in the heart of the Sancerre region of the Loire Valley, where the founders Bernard and Pierrette still work on the estate. This is a pale gold wine with grassy notes, a zesty citrus fruit flavour, lively acidity and a long finish.

From the north east corner of the South Island, where the marked difference in day and night temperatures are a key factor in the distinctive pungency and zest fruit flavours, so loved in Kiwi Sauvignons. This has grapefruit and gooseberry flavours to balance the minerality and acidity.

Bodegas Beronia, with Oenologist Matias Calleja at the helm, is an innovative producer of modern style Rioja. The Crianza is aged for 12 months in a barrel and a further 12 in a bottle before release. It has aromas of vanilla, raspberry and cherry with a fresh and fruity palate and powerful finish.

This is a ruby red colour with purple hues and has the classic black cherry flavours associated with New Zealand Pinot Noirs. The soft, silky tannins and balanced acidity give it great length and structure so it can be enjoyed on its own or with a wide range of foods.
