With a fried quail egg, balsamic pearls and rocket

 

Whisky and treacle cured salmon gravlax

Honey glazed roast turkey

Served with pork and sage stuffing, Yorkshire pudding and all the trimmings

 

Wild boar sirloin

Served with a juniper and green apple puree, Boulanger potatoes and a port reduction

 

Slow cooked carnaroli rice

Served with crispy sage, pumpkin and gorgonzola cheese

 

Wild local cod

In a tomato, anchovy and caper sauce with grilled polenta

Coconut parfait

Served with papaya and pineapple in lemon grass syrup
